  • Contact information: Name and phone number provided when placing an order or registering an account.
  • Order data: Items ordered, table number, payment method, and order notes.
  • Payment data: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We store only the Razorpay order ID and payment ID for reconciliation; we do not store card or UPI credentials.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, browser type, and IP address for analytics and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil your food orders.
  • To communicate order confirmations and updates.
  • To maintain Pay Later account balances and credit approvals.
  • To improve and secure the platform.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information with the Store you ordered from (for order fulfilment) and with Razorpay (for payment processing). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data if required by law or a court order.

4. Data Retention

Order and account data is retained for up to 5 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; orders placed will be retained for the minimum statutory period.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database hosting via Supabase, and HMAC-SHA256 payment signature verification. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or sell cookie data to advertisers.

7. Your Rights
