1. About Board Games Inc

Board Games Inc is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Board Games Inc(“Board Games Inc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that enables restaurants and food businesses (“Stores”) to manage menus, accept orders, and process payments from their customers (“Users”).

By accessing or using any Board Games Inc-powered storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this platform.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through Board Games Inc-powered storefronts are fulfilled by the respective Store. Board Games Inc facilitates payment processing via Razorpay. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent directly to the Store kitchen. You will receive an on-screen confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted by the Store.

4. Pay Later

Registered users approved by the Store owner may defer payment until they leave the premises (“Pay Later”). The outstanding balance must be settled before leaving. Misuse of Pay Later credit may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including the Board Games Inc name, logo, and software — is the exclusive property of Board Games Inc. Store names, menus, and related content belong to the respective Stores. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Board Games Inc is a technology platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of food items prepared by Stores. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the “Last updated” date above.
