All prices below are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Services Provided

Board Games Inc provides a cloud-based restaurant management and ordering platform with the following features:

For Customers (End Users)

• Browse Menu — View available food and beverage items with descriptions and INR pricing.
• Place Orders — Order items directly from a table via QR code or in-person.
• Online Payment — Pay securely via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking through Razorpay.
• Pay Later — Approved customers may defer payment until leaving the premises (requires account registration).
• Order History — Registered users can view past orders and payment status.

For Store Operators

• Menu Management — Add, edit, categorise, and toggle availability of menu items.
• Order Queue — Real-time kitchen order management dashboard.
• Table Management — Configure tables, generate QR codes per table.
• Pay Later Collections — Track and mark outstanding Pay Later balances.
• Settings — Configure store name, currency, UPI ID, and operating hours.

Platform Fees

Board Games Inc does not charge customers any platform fee. Payment processing fees are borne by the Store and are handled through Razorpay. These are not added to the customer bill.
